She advocated for constitutional rights and rule of law principles have guided her every step and fueled her passion for public service today.

Teresa draws inspiration from her brother, a Vietnam War veteran, whose bravery and dedication remind her of the sacrifices made by those who serve. She honors veterans as community members and family, tirelessly advocating for their needs and well-being. This deep respect for service is at the heart of her mission to create a stronger, more unified Fort Worth.

Teresa’s leadership extends beyond her advocacy work—she is a successful businesswoman, owning Manteles Royal Tea Parties and Spinelli Floral Design. These ventures reflect her creativity, determination, and a personal touch that resonates with those she serves. Her professional journey includes serving the Department of Commerce, where she contributed to critical national projects by sending vital data to Washington. This experience showcases her diligence, precision, and ability to deliver results under pressure—qualities she promises to bring to the City Council.

Over the years, Teresa has built a remarkable legacy of service. She has volunteered with the FWPD Neighborhood Crime Watch, passionately advocated for residents and veterans at City Hall and the State Capitol, served as a bilingual clerk and voter registrar, and founded the Tarrant County Educators of Texas.
